‘Before and after’ story of an exceptional North London residence
The inspiring ‘before and after’ story of an exceptional London residence that we completed for private clients in North London earlier this year.
Beam were the main contractors for the 20-month long rebuild project, which included the construction of a new basement, side and rear extensions, plus the full renovation and luxury refurbishment of the 450 sqm Edwardian property.
Sensitively designed by McGuinness Architects to marry the stunning red brick exterior with open plan living spaces and architectural features, such as full-height arched crittal doors and stonework, a contemporary oak panelled staircase to the basement and a 10-metre long atrium roof.
The interior design was by Pernille Lind Studio and features a kitchen by End Grain Joinery, with an island by Matthew Cox, and luxury bathrooms using The Water Monopoly and handcrafted marble and limestone elements from Oryx Stone.
From everyone at Beam, we wish our clients a very happy Christmas in their stunning new home and look forward to completing more projects like it in 2025.
