Kentish Town

This house in Kentish Town is another re-build project by Beam. Everything was removed but the four external walls. Once the new roof was back on, the entire internal structure was re-built to the exact specification of the Client and Architect. The result is a perfectly formed house, created without any constraints from the original layout. Beam worked closely with Joe Wright and the client from the outset. The project was exceptionally well planned, and the result was a very smooth build phase “on time and on budget”!
